He focuses on businesses that look after people, local communities and the environment. Simon is the former chief operating officer of a global leader in the horticultural industry, which manufactures and supplies covered cultivation systems worldwide.

He founded Elipse Health on this ethos. By working with partners pioneering unique technologies, he seeks to solve problems faced by healthcare professionals, differently.

Nicola brings 35 years of senior international healthcare and industry expertise to lead our global sales team and represent the Elipse Health brand. As a practicing Registered Nurse, with a deep clinical understanding from frontline pandemic IPC nurse management, she is well equipped to support and deliver on our partnership proposition including our patient centric outcomes and values. Nicola has experience of a wide range of medical device and pharmaceutical senior industry leadership roles including management of distribution, retail pharmacy, dental, B2B, primary care. She also has broad business knowledge, including an MBA, that underpins her partnership work.

Rajitha is the first point of contact in the supply chain for our partners and customers. As a supply chain specialist with over 15+ years of international business experience in Dubai, she provides support throughout the life cycle of orders from order entry to delivery. Her expertise spans logistics, freight forwarding, 3PL, inventory management and managing order to cash cycle in healthcare, medical equipments and consumer goods sectors.
